Arnold has serviced our three units for about 25 years. That in itself should give my opinion of his work and of him as a person. Like others have said, when he leaves I always know everything I need to regarding the state of our systems. If there is a check list of 20 items he will check 25. That’s just the way he is.

Arnold Ortega from A&Z Heating and Air Conditioning is quite simply AMAZING! He’s been bringing my AC back from the brink for about 12 years now. I would NEVER trust anyone else with my system—there’s just too many hucksters and weasels in the AC repair game in the DFW area. Do not waste your time with anyone else. Mr. Ortega is the epitome of integrity. That’s extremely rare in the Dallas area. I left a message for him and was contacted within minutes. He even came out to my house to diagnose and repair my outside unit’s fan motor the SAME DAY. I cannot imagine one of those other companies being that service oriented. Mr. Ortega’s been working with HVAC systems for 30+ years. He gets right to the root of the issue and gets it taken care of, fast. I can’t say enough great things about him, except that I don’t EVER want to call anyone else.
We have used them for a couple years now and they have always been timely and very fair on their maintenance and repairs.
