He even came out to my house to diagnose and repair my outside unit’s fan motor the SAME DAY. I cannot imagine one of those other companies being that service oriented. Mr. Ortega’s been working with HVAC systems for 30+ years. He gets right to the root of the issue and gets it taken care of, fast. I can’t say enough great things about him, except that I don’t EVER want to call anyone else.

Like others have said, when he leaves I always know everything I need to regarding the state of our systems. If there is a check list of 20 items he will check 25. That’s just the way he is.
